My emails and website are not working

If you are unable to load up your website or get errors when trying to connect to your mail server chances are our firewall has blocked your IP as a security measure.

 

The first step will be to look at http://www.mexxus.com/announcements.php for any important announcements or network outages. If no announcements are posted on our website its possible your IP is blocked.

 

To resolve this issue simply go to http://mexxusmultimedia.com/ip/ and this will indicate the IP of your network.

 

Once you have this IP just send and email to support@mexxus.com or if you cannot email go to http://mexxusmultimedia.com/support/ and submit a ticket to our support department to have your IP removed from our firewall.
