When you signed up for web hosting, you should have received a new account information email (sometimes referred to as a welcome email) with your login information and a link to your control panel. Typically the link to login to your control panel is yourdomain.com/cpanel .
If you do not have that email, you can contact support to request that we send you your login information.
Using the login information in your welcome email is the best way to login, since the email is customized with your unique login information, including username, password and control panel link.
