This article will walk you through setting up your email account on your iPhone.
We assume that you have already created your email account in your cPanel, under Email Accounts OR Mexxus support has provided you with your email details for setup.
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Tap Mail
4. Tap Mail Accounts
5. Tap Add account
6. Tap Other
7. Tap Add Mail Account
8. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account, the tap Next
9. Choose IMAP mailbox type (Should be this by default)
10. Enter the following information in Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server text boxes:
Host Name: enter the domain for the email account preceded by mail. (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com or whatever was provided to you)
User Name: enter your email address (e.g. contact@yourdomain.com)
Password: enter the password for the email account (Even if the device has it prefilled or says optional you must put the password)
Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, tap Done to complete your account setup.
11. Tap Next then Save to complete the account setup process
