I forgot my password and need a reset Print

Check your welcome email for the correct user name and password. If that password is not working, please contact Mexxus by submitting a support ticket . We need to verify your identity therefore communication via support ticket is mandatory.


Mexxus Client area
The login is your contact email address and the original password you signed-up with. If that password is not working, please go to the Client area page and click Forgot Your Password link. If you do NOT get an email with a new password, then please contact Mexxus.


EMAIL
We cannot reset this kind of password. Instead, you can sign into cPanel and click the Email Accounts icon and then edit the account you need to modify. You do not need the old password to set a new one.


DATABASE
We cannot reset this kind of password. Instead, you must create a new user with a new password. Do not worry, this will not erase or change any of the data in your database!
